Last night I went to the John Legend Concert. Visit my adventures tab to read more about it. Sorry about the quality and my living room background. We didn't have time to go take our traditional photos. But anyway, I just wanted to tell you what I had on. I was extra excited because I got to wear a skirt I purchased a few weeks ago that I completely fell in love with. But anyway, here goes:

All Aboard

Do not let the smile fool you; I was extremely cold but determined to get these pictures. I mean for Christ's sake Alabama, can you just have seasonally appropriate weather for once! You probably noticed that I have my afro again; I've been dying to be free like this for months! Anyway, mommy and I went out for lunch today and did a little shopping and I insisted on taking pictures for the blog (photo-creds to her). She found the perfect spot by the depot in Leeds and snapped away. These may be some of my favorite; thanks mom! Still counting down until my trip to DC in a week and the pictures I'll be able to snap there.

Sun-Day Fun-Day

I went home today (Goodwater, Al)! As you can see, the little town is nothing but leaves and trees but I love seeing my grammy! I'll be going to DC in a few weeks and I'm super excited! I cant wait to take pictures and see the Howard University campus.

Holdin' On

It has been so long since I posted a picture and I've been wanting to. Decided I was going to D.C for school and racked up on some coats. This is one of them and I love it, even though it took more than a month to get here from China. As you can see, I am desperately holding on to winter and today it was actually chilly so I brought out my winter gear. It may be one of the last times of 2014.

Frost Bite

It is sooo cold, but I refuse to let this cold weather stop me from looking my best! It has been pretty hectic; I am doing preliminaries and most days I am waking up and throwing on a t-shirt for comfort and to fit my lazy mood. Today was different! ...And putting on my Mac Rebel lipstick always gives me a mood boost.
