Frost Bite

It is sooo cold, but I refuse to let this cold weather stop me from looking my best! It has been pretty hectic; I am doing preliminaries and most days I am waking up and throwing on a t-shirt for comfort and to fit my lazy mood. Today was different! ...And putting on my Mac Rebel lipstick always gives me a mood boost.

... And a Hint of Color

Living in Alabama, one does not expect to walk out of the door to 10 degree weather. So as you can imagine, I was more than happy to see that my winter was back to normal conditions today. Recently, I have been wearing my afro alot. Mostly because, next week I will be back to straight hair. So I am taking full advantage. I was in a great mood this morning and the weather was just as compliant. In my last picture I was actually caught off guard but it put me in the mind of Betty Boop over the blow-hole, classic, so I had to post it.

Something Simple, Something Warm

Greetings on a chilly Thursday evening. Today is my brother's 21st birthday. We had lunch at the Cheesecake Factory and of course, the cheesecake was delightful! Today I felt very relaxed and this is one of my comfy go-to looks: a fluffy scarf, leggings and riding boots.
